Business Description

My name is Sarah Gallardo owner and lead coordinator at SWC Consultants. I started SWC Consultants at the age of 25 in 2008. I come from a large family and when I was younger my mother was the designated party planner. I grew up in an environment where creativity and thinking outside the box was highly encouraged. I can remember as a child planning out my day in detail; It is a skill that has helped me tremendously as SWC Consultants was beginning . This continued throughout my school years and just grew when I moved to San Francisco for college. I began planning weddings and events with my aunt in the bay area and slowly began coordinating weddings. I have always been an extremely social person so whenever I heard details about weddings I am not going to lie I would and still do get extremely excited. As time continued I began to do more weddings; it became a part of my daily life. I knew deep down this was the career path for me.

I went to school to become a certified wedding consultant. It was extremely important to me that if I was going to be a wedding planner I was going to give it nothing less than 100%. Becoming a certified wedding consultant gave me to opportunity to not only have the experience but to offer my couples something more. I now had the background to use all that experience and mold it into something I could have never imagine SWC Consultants would grow into.

I have dedicated my time to building SWC Consultants from scratch into an award winning wedding coordinating company. I pride myself on having a strong work ethic and enjoy every single wedding I have done. Since I was young I have always been a huge fan of pop culture and being a part of the latest trends. This love has helped me bring to life some of the best moments of my career. I have been so blessed to have been a part of over 100 weddings and turn those couples’ ideas into a reality.

When I am asked, “Why weddings?” My answers is always I am a planner at my core! I am sure you want to know what that means. Though many are gifted in the talent of design, I have been gifted with the skills of leadership, organization, and planning. I am at my best when there is a team of wedding vendors working together creating the dream wedding for my clients.

Seven years later I still get excited every time a couple comes to me and says we want you to be our coordinator. I am an open book and I am more than happy to answer any questions I can to help my couples create a flawless wedding day.
